We all know it’s best to have a healthy snack after working out. Studies have shown that eating a small meal of protein and healthy carbs helps increase the benefits of your workout and speeds up the fat loss process. So what’s your favorite post workout meal?

A drink would be something that had a balance in it like Muscle Milk or Oh Ya drinks pre packaged. If you looking for a meal something that has a balance of Protein, Carbs, and Fats. A lean meat chicken, steak,tuna with some vegetables and a rice, potato, beans. You have about an hour when your metabolism is racing after a workout to re fuel your body.
