Motor vehicle accident I sustained a right leg ace tabular fracture (hip fracture) non weight bearing for 4 months. Using a cane when I first started in November 2007. I now walk without assistant devices. My right leg is stronger, and my body is leaner. Cynthia Lara

Moved back in June of 09 and was out of shape and unhappy with myself and my appearance. I was introduced to Chad through mutual friends and after an evaluation based on me, I decided to make a lifestyle change. I think the one on one training sessions really motivated me to continue.
