We offer personal training here at our facility. That consists of an initial body diagnostics assessment. From there we determine the clients goals create a nutritional plan and begin the process of change. Monthly documentation of process is done and the nutritional changes are done to ensure progress is happening. Each workout is different in that everyone is on their own page as far as strength and weakness are different in each individual. As one progresses in change we alter the workout as to keep up the changes happening. We don’t offer the Curves style of training here. Its not just the abc program.

We also offer a Kettlebell cardio bootcamp. This program is 30 minutes long and is a full body workout. It is perfect for the person looking to drop pounds and doesn’t want to lift weights. It is three days a week Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 8:00pm and Fridays from 5:30 to 6pm. This class also includes a body diagnostic and nutritional program with it. Again monthly evaluations are required to ensure that the goals are being met.
