If you ever have any questions email me direct at chadfalco@msn.com. I think you had a question on post workout meal or drink. A drink would be something that had a balance in it like Muscle Milk  or Oh Ya drinks pre packaged. If you looking for a meal something that has a balance of Protein, Carbs, and Fats.  A lean meat chicken, steak,tuna with some vegetables and a rice, potato, beans. You have about an hour when your metabolism is racing after a workout to re fuel your body. If you have any other questions email me direct and I will see what I can do to help you out on those issues.</description>
